A warm hearted story about family and belonging. Hollis Woods is a twelve year old girl, a budding artist, who has been in countless foster homes. When she is sent to live with an elderly artist, who is a bit forgetful, this is where she wants to stay. Hollis' drawings are described in colours like French Blue, Beach Sand, Summer Green and Iron Gray, painting gorgeous word pictures. A little mystery, and a bit of adventure, kept me hoping everything would work out for all the characters.
