On the edge. Richard Hammond
Now I know this is not a National Library book BUT. It is well worth a read as Richard Hammond in the first half of the book talks a lot about how he was as a kid, how he coped with being short. It is a fascination insight into why kids behave the way they behave and maybe we should all as teachers stop and look at why kids do what they do. It is not all about being naughty and stuff it is generally about serviving! Then it goes on about the crash he had and the recovery. Very good read I suggest when you have read the Nat library books you pick this one up!

This blog is supposed to be about you enjoying reading and NOT thinking about work! However, you have looked at a resource very openly and found other ways to enjoy and share a book with your pupils. Well done Jacqui!
