Someday Angeline by Louis Sachar

Another interesting read by the author of 'Holes'. This book is centered around the character of Angeline, an 8 year-old genius who feels like a misfit at school. It's a book that would appeal to Year 4 kids and up. It's well written and is both funny and sad. Luckily it has a happy ending!
