Nightmare, by Joan Lowery Nixon

This is what I would call a child's thriller!
Emily has had these horrible dreams about her walking through vines and seeing a dead lady lying in the water. She has never told anyone about these dreams, and doesn't know where they come from.
One day her parents decide they need to send her to an underachievers summer camp because she is only just making it, which according to Emily, is just fine! It is here at the camp that she finds her life is in danger because of these dreams, and her new friends, which she desperately didn't want at the start, are the only one's who may be able to keep her alive!!

I thought I had this book all worked out, but I was wrong! It is well worth the read.
